Get your correct product images onto Dutchie

Best for checking a brand, grabbing a handful of images, or handing correct links to whoever updates your menu.

1. Connect Claude or ChatGPT to BrandrAI. Add this as a connector. It's open, so there's no login or key. directory.brandrai.com/mcp
2. Ask for your images. Paste this into a new chat with BrandrAI turned on:
   Using the BrandrAI directory, find the correct product image for each item below. For each, give me the product name, the matched BrandrAI product, a confidence score, and the image URL. If you are not confident or there is no match, say so, do not guess.

   Or grab a whole brand at once: "Using BrandrAI, list every product for [brand] with its correct image URL." That's the most reliable way.
3. Use the links. You get back the correct, brand-approved image link for each product, with a confidence note (it says "no match" instead of guessing). Paste those into Dutchie, or hand them to the fill tool below to do the whole menu at once.

A plain chat pulls the correct links from us. To write them into Dutchie automatically, use Path B (it needs the store's keys). Otherwise you paste them in, still quick.

If you're the brand (not one store), this is the big one, fix your images once and they flow to every Dutchie menu that has matched your product.

1. Get your correct image links from BrandrAI, ask for your whole catalog in Path A, or export them from your directory page.
2. Drop them into Dutchie Connect's bulk CSV. Connect's CSV takes an image link (URL) column, so your BrandrAI links go straight in, alongside product name and description. Import it in your Connect brand portal.
3. It fans out. Every retailer that has matched your product receives your correct image automatically, in real time, and so does any store that matches it later.

Dutchie's image spec: about 1,600×1,600px, clean white background with a drop shadow, and name items "Product Name or Strain | Weight." Connect is brand-only, a store can't use it, which is exactly why this reach is yours. Reach is the set of stores that have matched you and it grows over time, so it's every matched menu, not a guaranteed every-store fan-out.

Best for filling every missing image on the menu in one go.

What it does: reads your Dutchie products, finds each one's correct image in BrandrAI, and sends the links to Dutchie (Dutchie downloads them itself). Safe by default, it's a dry run until you say go, fills missing images only, and a confidence gate means it never sets a wrong photo. Every run writes a report of exactly what it matched and did.

1. Get the store's Dutchie POS API keys (a Location Key + Integrator Key, Inventory scope). The store admin requests these from Dutchie.
2. Set the keys and run a dry run (shows what it would do, changes nothing):

3. When the report looks right, apply it:

One Dutchie quirk to know: if a product is matched to Dutchie's own central catalog, that match can override your pushed image. For those items, adjust the catalog match (or the product name) so your image wins, otherwise Dutchie's catalog art shows instead.

1. Get the correct image file. Open the image link the AI hands you in Path A (or a link from your private BrandrAI workspace) and save the image.
2. Upload it to that product in Dutchie's back office. Done.
